Uggg, I think it might be from stress. DH and I had an argument ealier and adding to that I'm worried about Popsie. I'm just all achy and I have a mild fever. I also have a slight burning sensation on the left side of my chest. Tummies slightly upset too.

feel better soon!

Stress can do strange things to the body, so hopefully it is just due to that. I agree, take a long hot bath or shower, take some ibuprofin and try to relax. I hope you feel better soon, but if you don't in the next day or two go to the doctor because there are some strange things going around.

I agree try some of that herbal calming tea, the one with the lavender and chamomile and mint in it. The first two will help you relax and calm down a bit and mint is know to help calm an upset tummy or cramps. You can even make your own mint tea if you like to keep fresh herbs around.

I doubt I'll be relaxing any time soon. Read the my head twitching post to find out why.

I frequently have stress induced fevers, and an almost constant upset stomach. Stress can do awful things to the body. Feel better soon!
