My first foster of the year had kittens on St Patty's Day and GoldenKitty suggested Pot O' Gold. I loved it so much I had to call the whole litter this!

Now our second foster had her kittens this morning on (what I have come to find is) Earth Day!

I dont suppose I should call them Pot O' Dirt.

There are 4 so far and I am not sure if there isnt another in there...

I'll post pics after I take the kids to school and I know Snickers has settled in.

but she has:

a Black and white
a Black mitted
a Calico
a Red and white

Happy Earth Day everyone!

Ask and you shall receive! Since I'm on a roll and in the mood for counting
I took 58 pictures between the hours of 5 and 8 this morning.

But I promise not to post them all

Really easy to tell them all apart!

Oh yeah, I didnt realize that... blame it on lack of sleep
But I have already done the color-math... I am guessing the dad was black (or version thereof).

I love that they are all different!

Cute suggestions. Better than what I came up with so far - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Fred.

My daughters friend suggested we go with the elements Earth, Wind, Fire and Water... and go with the Arch Angel names accociated with them:

Raphael - Air
Mikael - Fire
Gabriel - Water
Uriel - Earth

but I dont think I can remember all that

My hubby suggested to name them after politics and voting since today is the primaries in Pennsylvania!

oh I can just imagine the possibilities with this one!

Speaking of which... I gotta get off to the polls now myself.

Be back later

Well since they're born and it's not really about kitten care, I started a new link in the Fur Pictures forum of kitten pictures.

I did want to add one thing here though; when I was weighing and taking pics of the kittens this evening, a couple of them spit at me! At first I thought I was imagining it. Then I think I heard one growl and it donned on me.

What little brats!

They're still too adorable though!
