OH. MY. GOSH. The recipe for the seasoning rub was INCREDIBLE! The 3 of us INHALED the pork! It was so so so so good! THANK YOU AGAIN!
Rosemary's lamb was also done with garlic and the herb rosemary, if memory serves me correctly. I don't want to steal R's thunder.. so I would post the recipe for the wet rub in a new thread.
And I would ask R to post her seasoning for HER leg of lamb. I wouldn't mind knowing what she did, since she obviously is a fine cook.
