Suckling is a normal behavior for kittens this young. I believe that most grow out of it. My cat used to suckle on my ears at 4 in the morning *lol*

I guess you could just pick up your suckling kitten and set her down away from the other kittens when you notice him doing it to the others. But really, this is a normal kitty thing to do at her age.

My one kitten does this more that the other.Only this is on my neck. The female just for a moment and then stops. He is relentless. I try to pull him away and he just lunges for my neck again. I have to actually get up and not sit with him as he wont stop. I dont want to be mean and I dont know how to stop him. I was told to put something bitter tasting on my neck and maybe that would help. I havent tried it yet though.

LOL I know it's not that funny, but I have a kitty that does this to me at night. Some nights I have to get everything under the covers so she cant. Poor baby was caged her whole kittenhood and taken away from mom too early. They will sometimes grow out of it. Yes, you can try the bitter apple. I have heard it works, I havnt used it myself. I just let her do it on occassion.
