had an interesting day

This morning after I got my girls off to school I was still tired so I took a nap, I woke up around 12:30 to a crunching sound, at first I thought that my cat Pippi was just eating it's regular cat food but I looked and saw a birds head, which he also ate, I also found feathers in 2 corners of the house, before I went back to bed I had gone out the patio doors to take the garbage cans to the curb and had not shut the door all the way and I am guessing that either Pippi had caught the bird and had brought it in and it got away from him or that the bird had flown in and Pippi caught him in the house.

what a horrible thing to hear when you first wake up!
