I didn't keep my points in the bank. I am somewhat new around here and wasn't clear on there being benefits of keeping points in the bank.

Every point I have goes into the bank... I like my points to collect interest because I enjoy donating points to other members that need them most and even though the interest rate was lowered, that is okay...I'll still give members points! I am just going to have to try to win KatKwiz more!
Always willing to learn!

I paid more attention to bank points when I was a subscribing member. I can't remember, but I think it shows your points more there or something.
Back then I banked my points about every day. Now every once in a while I try & bank my points. BTW, how often IS interest given?

As I mentioned, I have been doing income tax all day. SammiesMom pointed out to me that the .03 above should be .003 and that is correct. Thus the answer would be 27,600. To get 3% of something you would multiply by .03 and to get .3% of something you would multiply by .003.
Back to taxes.

Woohoo. I thought I would mess this up somehow.
I always try to keep my pts in the bank. Even though interest is low it still helps out.

Do you keep your points in the bank? Are you aware of the time of your next interest payment? Are interest points important to you? Did the recent interest rate cut hurt?
I just put a bunch of points in the bank. I really had no clue about the bank until recently. Interest points are important! Any points are important! Arcade, arcade, arcade.

I can't say that the interest rate cut affected me 'cuz I didn't know about it!
I understand wanting to regulate points and inflation and all that, but now that I know more about the bank system I will be happy when the catsite Feds raise the rates.

I was just thinking about income tax since that is what I have been doing. What if we had an income tax on the points we made as income? Let's hope Anne doesn't see this.
I hope that somebody does use the secret word today or we are going to have a big payout tomorrow (3500). What if there was an income tax on that? And what if there was an income tax on the 100,000 points that somebody is going to win? Just a thought...
BTW, the new revised KatKwery rules are in my siggy.

I think it would be weird to have an income tax on the points we got for posting. Or any points for that matter. If it was anything like the real income tax you wouldn't be guaranteed to get back what you put in. Now taxing points people win would have to be like windfall tax or whatever they call that. I'll have to check out the new Katkwery guidelines.

Every 48 hours IF you are on The Cat Site when that 48 hours expires. This has been the subject of several KatKwiz questions in the past. When interest was higher, I used to be on The Cat Site doing something every other day when my personal 48 hour clock ran down. Looks like I may dig this question out again for a future KatKwiz.

I honestly forget to deposit my points. LOL I guess I should be on the ball when it comes to this but life has been so hectic lately. I guess I will go deposit them when I get done with this post....

Then back to the arcade and the tournements.... sigh
