Flooded Again!!!!

Our master bathroom flooded again!!!!
Only this time it was raw sewage coming from our shower drain.
I'm so done with these apartments this is the 3rd time this has happened. Matience came in but the little tools they have couldn't fix things so they had to call out the plumber. He snaked it and fixed it but now who is stuck cleaning up the poo mess... ya us the tenants. I can't be in there for more than a few minutes before the bleach and smell and knowing what was covering the floor get to me and I have to vomit. This is un-liveable.

Well, you could try calling the county health department, though I don't know if they can do much - they might be able to force the landlord to relocate you until repairs are done permanently. We had a mold problem in our apartment and the complex refused to acknowledge it, so that's what we did - we did get them to fix it, but by the time they did, we were moving out anyway. >.<

We already looked up our tenants rights. Because of how un sanitary the situation was and the fact that they refuse to actually repair the plumbing because it would be too costly they have 5 days to remedy the situation and also send in a professional cleaner to disinfect or we by law can break our lease penalty free.

If I lived closer I would do it for you!.That is what I do for a living.(Cleaning up after people,most of the time they are rich)
