I'm cornfused.
I'm trying to figure out how to add fractions that have different denominators and can't quite get it. Can someone please explain how to do this in easy to follow steps?
I'll give a couple of examples:
2/10 + 3/5=
3/4 + 4/7=
I know I have to find a common denominator but my answers don't always end up jiving with the answers for the exercises. I'm getting frustrated.
Thanks.
