Hi all, I'm Dave

Hello CatSite members

My name is Dave from Michigan, I came to this site searching for a place to talk to other cat owners about cat issues.

I put my first post into the wrong forum just like a newbie and I think Amysmoms sent me a message that she moved my post to Health/Nutri.

I would like to thank all the members who responded to my thread about my kitty.

Well' Steeli is our cat, he is almost two yrs. old he is different from any cat we ever had. He is a fraidycat (made up spelling) and he can be on edge and run from you just as you are going to pick him up. He makes me say STEELI !!! when he does that.
Then others times he is the most lovable cat you would want to own.

Anyways I'm glad I found this site, and from what i have already experienced on this site, I find you all to be very caring and loving friends.
So look forward from hearing from all of you (not all at one time though)

Thank you for the nice words about Steeli, I will show more pics as soon as I figure out how to get them to the top of my post like you do.

Say hi to Lucy,Stinky,Callie and Sassy for Steeli and I, wow what a bunch of love you have at your home. The most we ever had was two from the last litter.

They were Hewy&Louey They left us about two yrs. ago, they lives to 19 yrs of age and Louey lived about two months longer. Miss and will always love their memory

You can get the pictures by your name by clicking "Your Cats" up by "User CP" and choosing "Add new cat page". You can also add pictures to the Fur pictures and videos thread.

I'll be sure to do that.. whenever they decide to come out. They're so lazy.

Aww, sorry to hear about Hewy and Louey. If you have any pictures of them, you could post them, too. Maybe in the Rainbow Bride forum?

Actually we are not all that great with coming up with original names.

Grey cat = Smokie

Calico Cat = Cali

Calico Kitten = Little Cali

Dog = Dawg

Dog we got night of Hurricane Charly = Charlie

Tyler = Already named

We but EDYS Fruit pops he like cherry, strawberry,and mixed berry, I know he is real funny with his strange tastes for a cat.

You should see him when the Musk melons come into season,I cut one and he will come running and crying. He just loves it. He loves other fruits too.

Now you open a can of tuna and he will snub it. He will not even eat lunch meats.
He loves his dry food which is great, for him and his teeth.
Now he does love hard treats and he always wants them more then his dry food.

He is a funny boy, and we love him very much with all his quirks and fears.

I love your kitty Pooch the Munch kin breed,
Steeli has short legs and a big body like a munch kin does, if I remember correctly
Steeli is a Chartreux pronounced char-troo they were breed in France, I have no idea if he is a pure bred.
I got him from a shelter, someone brought in the mother and her 5 kittens.
