I took the kitten to the vet last Monday for her pre spay testing. The other two
treated her like she was a new kitty. They cut it out after about 24 hours.

She was spayed on Friday and here it is Sunday and still the hissing continues. I have tried every trick I have learned on here to get it to stop. I even rubbed her
on me so she would smell better. Nothing. What can be done for this?

It's because she smells like the vet, anesthetic, meds, etc. What you need to do is make all 3 smell the same, whether by sliding a towel on the other two and then on her, then vice versa (don't do her first), or if you have extract of pure vanilla on hand, a drop between each of their shoulders and at the base of their tails really helps, as would anythng they all have used for a pillow.

Vet/hospital smells will cause a cat to be "rejected" by the rest of the house depending on how long and what's been done.

Try sprinkling them all with cornstarch baby powder in their coats so they smell the same. In a day or two, they will settle down.

It takes our cats about a week to get back to normal after one goes to the vet and stays the nigth there.

Give it some more time, I'm sure they will get along quick enough!

I tried the vanilla. Kinda worked. Thankfully the "mean sisters" have calmed down.

My girls are so bad about reintroductions after vet visits that even if only one has an appointment, they both go. I have had no introduction problems since I started doing that. It helps that my vet is wonderful and understanding.
