I was wondering if any of you had used soak & float? And if so, did it help?

After years of using zinc based anti-dandruff shampoos, my scalp was still extremely dry after washing. I've combined different shampoos with conditioners and nothing has worked.

A few days ago i bought soak & float which is cade oil based, and i'm combining it with the veganese conditioner (lemon based) and even though i've still got dry scalp, it's seemed to remove alot. I'm hoping i will see more improvement over the next week or so, i may have finally found my answer!

I know the cade oil smells bad (like wood fire) but the lemon covers it lol. Any Lushies used this hard shampoo?

Soak and Float smells horrid! I got a sample of it and it only irritated my scalp - it didn't help.

Try using Squeeky Green- it smells yummy and it will help your scalp!
I have psorasis and it helps keep it under control most days. Some days though- i just HAVE to use my prescription shampoo- nothing works as good on my scalp as it does. In between though i've found Lush shampoos to be really good.

I'm obsessed with Godiva and Squeaky Green!
(as for non- lush shampoo/conditioner- i use Organix (Coconut Milk) it smells yummy!)

I've tried using the Lush conditioners before (Jungle and a few others) but they're just not thick enough for my hair so i stick to Organix Coconut Milk conditioner.

I think you'll be really happy with Squeaky Green though- it's great for mild build up and scalp irritation and smells worlds better than soak and float.

Psoriasis is different to dandruff though. I know it's not the most pleasant smelling, but it IS for dandruff, which is what i have, i've tried using normal shampoos and it does nothing, and anti-dandruff zinc based does nothing, but this seems to be working. I think i'm past wanting pretty smelling shampoos and am now being logical
oh next time i go in to top up i'm also going to try some Sea Vegetable soap, it looks really yummy, or maybe some Demon in the Dark.

I've got eczema on my hands which is mainly triggered by stress and not helped by chemicals, this hard shampoo doesn't harm my hands either.
