I have noticed that most tuxies have more black in them than white, but Fluff is about even with both colors...is she or isn't she? if she isn't, then what breed is she?

Hmm, I don't know that she's what I would consider a tuxedo. Usually, the coat pattern of a tuxedo looks like the cat is wearing one (white shirt with black jacket). One of my friends has a cat that looks like yours, I call her the "cow print cat".

She has what you call a "Saddle pattern". It is also reffered to as a "High White", a Tuxedo with more white! Your kitties are beautiful!
