It's on my chin and it's HUGE. It looks like a mosquito bite.
Yeah, it's that big. Hurts like heck too. I can't pop it because it hasn't came to a head yet. I'm trying to leave it alone because I already have a couple of scars on my chin from picking at zits in the past. I can't help it though. If it's there it's getting picked at.

Don't pick at it. You can help it along by applying very warm compresses to the area. I don't get pimples often, but if I do that's what I do and it's usually gone in a few days.

I feel for you. A couple of years ago I had a HUMONGOUS one on my chin. Right now I have another one trying to form.

Witchhazel works well to. I actually smash up a few asprin and disolve them in it so if I pick at something I can clean it and relieve a bit of the pain at the same time.

Some types of pimpled simply do not come to a head, they are cysts.

Try over the counter cortisone works wonders on these, it reduces the inflamation and thins the skin to help there go away.

Don't pick, zits go away, scars do not!

I actually get a lot of those. About 95 percent of my pimples are like that. This one I have now came to a small head last night but that was it.

Then I would venture a guess that what you have is cystic acne.

http://www.acne.org/types-of-acne.html

The cortisone is going to work best for you if this is the case.

If you are troubled by it, there are amazing products only avalible by perscription, a good Dermatologist can set up a program for you.

A few suggestions, if you are using a fabric softner sheet, the kind you use in the dryer, stop, and get a liquid ball dispenser, you can find them anywhere and Downy makes one.

http://www.downy.com/en_US/products/ball.jsp

Use only white pillow cases, do not use harsh acne products that you can buy in a drug store, they only use drying agents, and that makes the issue worse. Try Dove soap or cetaphil. Avoid any "clear" bar soaps and glycerin based products as well.

Try not to pick
