geez. so...the last 2 days...I've had a cat outside (I have a harness for each and something to hook them up outside)..they never stay out for long and I watch them....
most of the time i'm out with them..but I was making supper...
and they are out the backdoor...
so...
they sit on the back steps and check out the birdies...
well..he comes home and scares my cats! ..not only does he drive in but he rev's the engine....Salem jumped straight up in the air on monday..
and yesterday ...Sabrina was outside and tried to climb up the door...
my poor kitties.

DH likes to tease Wickett. The poor cat is petrafied by the buzzer on the dryer so every once in awhile DH will make a very similar noise just to see the at jump. I usually smack him for it... it's not nice to scare unsuspecting kitties. Funny sometimes... but not noce.

Butzie exits the room when hubby enters it, except the bedroom at night. He has never done anything bad to her and feeds her and talks to her, occasionally. I can only imagine that some large man in Butzie's past was not nice to her. DH is really a softie, just clueless about pets.

Frankie acts the same way when my brother comes to visit. She's too stubborn to actually leave the room... it is her house after all. But, if he gets to close or tries to pet her she hisses at him. All because once, when we all lived at my parents, he spent quite awhile (30 minutes maybe) following her around the house trying to pet and play with her when she was in NO mood.
