You can tell it's spring break!
My house is a mess
It's driving me crazy too.
I've been so busy the last 4 days since I took over management of park that I haven't had time to do anything!
I've been running my rearend off collecting rent, cleaning places, placing ads, rewriting the leases, creating maintenence forms, waivers.... you name it!
They literally had nothing but a one page lease.
I did get upset today but I should have known when I took the job.
I had to give a friend of mine a 3 day notice
I almost cried but I had to keep reminding myself "I'm here to do a job, not make friends" but she was my friend before I took the position. We've literally given her every opportunity we can. I didn't even know she was behind
I guess it's one of the downfalls of this job.
The good part is I don't have to pay rent or utilites!!!!!
And with my part time job it pays my car, insurance and groceries!
So it definatly has it's benefits
