This afternoon the two kittens I've been caring for became in worse shape, we suspected Feline Distemper, but the vet diagnosed it as a stomach problem. They were both very skinny, we tried Pedialite, KMR, and feline Distempaid. They were not able to keep any of this down for more than 15 minutes. I decided that I could not keep them going if they were suffering, my dad took me to the vets, and i stayed with them until they stopped breathing. Although they may have been able to survive it, it was hard to watch, I made the best decision. Suzy and Mimi...10 weeks old. Rest in peace sweeties <3.

Oh what a hard decision! May they rest in peace and may you have the serenity of knowing you did all you could!

I'm so sorry - you tried so hard. But try to remember you gave these babies so much love while they were here, and you did the best, but hardest, thing for them because you loved them. May they be playing over the bridge, waiting to return your love.

Godspeed over RB, Suzi & Mimi! I do wish that Heaven could wait to get such young kittens and babies
You showed true love in sparing your sweet girls from a devastating illness; the light of your love lit their way to the Bridge!! Sending prayers and vibes that you get peace and comfort

Im so sorry about your kittens! I hope that your other kitties dont get this as well!
I would also check to see how long distemper can linger in your home so you know when its safe to bring in new ones! I lost a cat named Kitten to Distemper in August of last year! She lasted 12 hours... Didn't even make it through the night! You did what was best!

May they rest in peace, and play over the bridge, together!

I'm so sad, for you, bless your heart, and the sweet babygirls! They truly
are in a better place! I wish you peace, from life's hard blows! I couldn't
have watched it either! You were with them til the very end and they knew
it! Your precious! Take care!

They were little angels, I miss them a lot.
Suzy was a big talker, needed ALOT of attention.
Cried if she noticed we werent looking at her,
or petting her.
Mimi was the more active one,
The top halves of their bodies were black, and as the colour went back it runed into a smokey color, like someone dropped them in flour

They were so alike, Suzy was the one who had a little white dot by her mouth.
Rest In Peace girls, I tried as hard as I could.

God needed you home <3
