My cats are driving me nuts!

Do not get me wrong I LOVE my cats and treat them like they should be treated but I just have one problem they are driving me nuts at night! I have 2 male adult cats and they chase each other half the night and while doing so use my bed as a trampoline. It sounds cute but when you are losing sleep because of this it is NOT cute!

Can someone give me any advice as how to stop the kitty madness?

Also if I try to shut them out of my room they yell at me and scratch at the door. They will also prolly bother my mom to let them in with me. So I don't think that will work...

Seriously it is 12am and I am going to wait until I get so tired I just hit the bed where I won't mind what they are doing..

My 3 are a very active breed, I play with them before and after work and again before bed. Using DaBird and a laser pointer to help get their energy out.

Then they eat dinner and go to bed.

They all sleep through the night, and have done since they were younger (2 are still kittens, the other just over a year)

And if they still decided to play or race around on your bed, push them off and go "PSSST NO!" or tell them "down". Hopefully they get the message fairly quickly and decided the floor and other rooms are better areas to play.


Note: both of our cats still sleep on the bed, still sleep with us, and are not traumatized by the "psst" noise (if I make that noise when they're not being reprimanded they look at me like I have a leak....)
