This morning I found a message from Anne saying that a thoughtful and caring person has given me a gift of a 6 month membership. I am overwhelmed by the sheer amount of support and thoughtfulness that many here have shown on TCS.
I don't know who you are, but I wanted to thank you with all my heart.
This is a very hard time and I'm still trying to get over the fact that she will never return.
Her family is upset, shocked and sad. One of my cousins, who considered her like her mom, is very down. She can't seem to understand why she is gone. To me, she is like my big sister and I promised her we would never lose contact with them. My cousin does not yet know that she has the gift of a digital camera to capture her young son as he grows. She will find out sunday and I hope it will lift her spirit a little to the loss of my mother.
So thank you for making my day a little brighter. I am not used to receiving gifts, since like my mom, I get joy out of giving gifts even in times like now where it should be opposite.
