I was going to add that we have Filet about once per week but we buy the whole filet from Costco for around $60 and then cut it into steaks at home. Saves a pile of money and they have the most tender steaks. I was buying this Sterling Silver stuff at the local Sobey's that was supposed to be premium meat but Costco steaks beat it hands down every time.
I also don't eat a large portion of meat but I love the drippings so I add a touch of water, heat and either dunk a piece of bread in the juice or just drink the juice. I actually prefer that to the meat.
