Signature too big?

Hi,
I've changed the size of my sig a few times... At first it was too big, then I changed it (couldn't find the rules... duh!) and it was STILL too big.
But then I found the rules and changed it to what I thought was right... Here's a pic of it now...
Can someone tell me the exact dimensions of what I should be making it?

By the looks of it, the file size is too big.

I'll move this thread to the signature forum where you can get some help.
