I am sitting in my hotel room at 0636, waiting to leave for my interview at noon. I hope this hospital is as good as it sounds! I finally found a place to live yesterday-- finally, things are coming together!

Just go home and all I have to say is: WOOHOO!!! It sounds great! I have to call them on Thursday and tell them if I want the job because they didn't want me to tell them today(?). I think they wanted to check my references before they definately offered me the job, but they told me that I would be a perfect fit for the unit.

Its a cardiac unit. I decided to continue doing cardiac because everything else is going to be so new, I wanted something to be familar to me.

They called me earlier....and, drum roll, please....I got the job! I am a little bit excited if you can't tell! I start May 5 which is great because it gives me about a week to get settled in to my new apartment. I have gone into full swing finding a mover mode and hopefully it won't cost me too much out of pocket.

Thanks! I am really happy about it. I am thrilled that they pay a portion of the relocation and that they pay more than what I make now.
