First of all I have to say OMG when it comes to what my weight "should" be. I have to loose about 100 lbs... But anyway, having said that - I have bad ankles so I have a hard time excersizing. I was thinking about getting a yoga dvd and doing that after work. Does that count as enough excersize? Or does anyone have any good ideas on something I could do at home? The other problem is that I leave for work about 7:45am and don't get home until after 6. By the time I get home I have to start cooking, then we eat dinner and by 9 I"m ready for bed... I want something I can do at home right after work... Any ideas would be awesome! Thanks.
