How are people getting high scores of 200,000 or more, when the game ended itself when I had one ball left?!

EDIT: I forgot to say that I got down to really low numbers of bubbles on the screen several times and the last few times the bubbles were replenished, there were only pale blue and green ones. No red, yellow, pink or dark blue ones.
I got a message as admin telling me someone depleted the stock of red, yellow, pink or dark blue bubbles!

Just kidding. I am not sure if anyone can answer your question?

BTW, we've been playing with the settings, and will be doing more of that in the next hour or two, so expect some weird figures, and even temporary shut-downs. It should not effect your ability to play a particular game, but might affect total access to the arcade or the ability to submit scores.

Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but in Bookworm, if you punch in one last word at the same time the timer ends, it will not submit your score and just freeze.

I play it on my laptop and the pausing drives me mad! I am going to try it on my home computer now and see if it still does it. I'll let you know.

Well, I thought maybe the game was just sensitive to the laptop's trackpad, but it still pauses when you play it with a computer mouse. Oh well... I like the game, but the constant pausing drives me up a wall

I think that is just part of the game. I tried playing it a few times on my desktop and the game kept pausing. I think the idea is that it pauses and you have to restart it and then quickly try and catch the ball that is falling.

The pausing is annoying though, so I've given up on that game even though it had potential to be added to my favourites.

Help!!!!
Marble Shooter question...
Do you know if this a game to skill, luck or possibly both?

No matter how hard I try, I can't get past a certain score.
It's driving me nuts.

Great addition to the site and now I have another addiction. I have yet to explore all the games but so far, I am loving it.

Sometimes that 8 ball championship game is a PITA. For one I think if the computer knocks one of your balls in you should get points but you don't. How are you supposed to get points by making shots if you have less balls because the computer hits them in? Also in real pool when the opponent scratches you get to place the cue ball anywhere you want behind the break line. In this game it's put right in the middle behind the break line.

The only thing I can suggest is just keep at it.

I have noticed something the last couple of days though. When the bubbles bump down, they rearrange and break up the clusters of colours so you end up with alternating colours and alternating shooting ones, which makes it really hard and sometimes impossible to go very far in the game.

I've played this game a large number of times, and the way they bump down now and break up the clusters is something different that I'm seeing. I wonder if they have made a change in the game because it is easily exploited when you get to a certain point because eventually only 2 colours of bubbles generate. A game is supposed to get harder as you progress, this one seems to get easier the higher your scrore.

Do you see the little square that pops up around the cue ball after the computer scratches? You can put your cursor over the ball, hold your left mouse button down and move it anywhere behind the line. I just figured that out yesterday!
Has anyone else noticed that the computer cheats?
