I don't have it, but my girlfriend does. Her asthma's been acting up a bit, too. She says it's the time of year; it always acts up with the change of seasons, especially when spring rolls around! Take good care of yourself!

Yeah, I have asthma. It sucks! I didn't even develop it until I was about 21. I take Singulair when it's really bad, but I just discovered a nutritional juice called XanGo that I've been taking that has helped it. It's expensive but you can make it a small business with great residual income so that's made it worth it.

One time a couple weeks ago I had a really bad attack and since I don't have a fast acting inhaler (stupid health insurance stinks) I went to Walgreen's and got some Bronkaid. It really helped but made my heart race.

My nasal allergies are driving me nuts today actually. I'm trying the neti pot to see how that helps.

I've had it since I was 12. I take Advair. I love that stuff!!
I take Singular, as needed, also, but that is for my allergies, it's just a bonus that it helps the asthma too!

I have asthma, and mines fine right now so far. We don't have any pollen yet, it's still winter here, but mine is usually much worse in the fall anyway. Dust and mold are my enemies much more so than pollen.

Have you tried applying at wal mart or through other local programs to get prescriptions cheaper? I would think asthma inhalers would be a very common prescriptions and thus covered by wal mart's plan. (strangely the bank we just switched to offers a prescription plan too
)

DH has been fine and the fruit trees are starting to bloom here. I make sure to remind him to take all of his medicines though, if he skips any he defiantly feels worse.

Watching the robins sing!
I have asthma - use Advair every day. I think one of the reasons we (at least in the northeast) are having such a tough time is because our houses have been closed up all winter! I can't wait to throw open the windows and let the fresh air in!

I take Qvar and Albuteral when it acts up. I got Asthma when I was 15. I have Hay Fever too and the Pollen is setting everything off. I have Flonase and Clarian D too. Spring is the worst time of year for me.

I do, normally it's not so bad though. Singulair really helps me though when i have a bad flare up every now and then and it lasts for a few weeks.

I used to take Singulair and Advair every day to help keep it under control- but now i don't have to even take anything for the most part- my lungs are the best they've been in a while thankfully. I wound up in the ER about a year ago with a really severe asthma attack (the rescue inhaler didn't help) but other than that it's been mostly ok.

I just try to avoid my triggers (second hand smoke, dust, pollen,etc as much as i can) Sleeping with a humidifier also helps.
