So in other words, I have no chance in the dating game, and I'll always be the single guy with all the girls only wanting me around cause I am a good friend (YEAY! {insert sarcasim here} ).

*But wait, I have the chick magnets of Beacon and Sox, their cuddley cuteness should account for something and the fact that I did rescue them should get me a better chance..... err nevermind... as long as I have my pathetic job it's not worth it

omg you guys are too funny.

but seriously it works both ways...

I am glaringly rude to men usually ( I work in a wine bar in Napa ) and you wouldn't believe how many of them still ask me out or leave me their numbers...

even my fake engagement and wedding bands don't always do the trick, guys are definitely clueless. well, most of them...

Aw, Swooshfinn, don't give up! I'm serious. You sound like a sweetie and some woman will appreciate that! (I'm too old for you, so I am not "flirting"!!)

Huh...all that article really tells me that men really are thinking about sex WAAAAAY more often than women

I figured out a long time ago to spell things out for men. If you're on your first date and you enjoyed it...tell him "I really liked that. You should take me out again."

Worked for my friend, she's happily married the guy 2 years ago!

My husband was mostly clueless when I first met him, and after we had dated awhile, he was still pretty clueless, but that might be because he had been a bachelor for quite a long time...not even a g/f for over 10yrs.

Most guys are really intimated by me. Probably because I am 6'1" and I carry myself with confidence and try to speak with intelligence. Oh and I am a welder...that throws a lot of people off.

Wow, we have "Rosie the Riveter" right here!

I never seriously dated a girl shorter than I. I just figured I was getting more woman for my money!
