Where I work, there are several supervisors. They each have at least 15-20 or more people on the teams. The team lead is the supervisor's right hand person. The sups would be overwhelmed without the help of the team leads

The interview went well... I will know something next week. They have one more to interview on Monday and will be making their decision. Usually, there will be a second interview.
