Question of the Day - March 20th!

A very late one Since I'm on vacation I've been staying up later than usual and sleeping in MUCH later than usual

Do you do that on your days off?

If you don't have a job outside the home, what is you regular sleep schedule like?

On my days off - which are usually only Saturday & Sunday - I sometimes sleep until 9 or 10. Last Saturday though I slept until noon!
Its always good to catch up on sleep

I don't work. I usually lay down with my laptop around midnight and usually stay awake until 1-2 a.m. During the week, John leaves for work around 7 a.m. and sometimes I go back to sleep for an hour or two after he leaves if I'm extra tired. On the weekends I usually wake up about 10 a.m.

I usually try to get in bed normally at somewhere between 10 and 11, but I've been staying up til 2, and I have to get up at 6:30-7 normally and I've been sleeping till 11 or noon!

what's sleep? during the week - my alarm goes off at 5:30...

on the weekend...I don't really sleep in late either...

I actually have the day off tomorrow and I'm hoping to sleep late (9 or later) then I've got some errands to run and other stuff. Even on my days off I'm not really off. I've always got homework or dishes ot something to do.

I am no longer working and all days are the same. I go to bed 10:00-10:30 and get up 6:15-6:30.

Don't kick me.....but I go to bed around midnight-3AM. I usually sleep until at least noon.

Well I usually go to bed between 1 am and 3 am, and what time I work in the morning all really depends on what time I got to wake up in the morning, although days that I am off I still dont get to sleep in I usually sleep till 9 or 10 and then got lots of things I have to do I miss those days where I could sleep till noon

Normal bedtime is generally somewhere between 11:30 and 12:30, though it can vary to either side depending what is going on. Working days, I'm up between 6:30 and 7:00. Days off, if there isn't a reason to be up and at 'em, I generally sleep until 8:30 or 9:00, and actually get up closer to 10:00. I don't like to lie in longer than that, because I feel the day slipping away, and in warm weather, I prefer to be up and get something accomplished before the afternoon heat hits and I don't want to do anymore.

If I have to work the morning, I sleep until 7:20. If I don't have to work in the morning or I have the day off I sleep until between 11 and 1pm.

I usually get up between 7:30 & 8 when I am working but do try to sleep in until 9 when I am not.

I work nights so, I normally go to bed at 9 or 10 AM and get up at 530 or so. Today is my day off and I set the alarm for 3 (worked last night) but I didn't get up until about 430.

On work nights, I usually go to bed between 9 and 9:30 pm, since I get up somewhere between 4 and 4:30 am. When I don't have to work the next day, I go to bed maybe an hour or two later, and usually wake up around 7 or 8 am. The girls think that 4 am is breakfast time, even on my day off, so I usually get up at 4, feed them and then go back to bed for about 3 hours.

On weekdays, I go to bed anywhere between 8 and 10 p.m; it depends on how tired I am and what's on TV. I also get up either between 4:30 or 5:30 depending on who's off that day.

On days off, I go to bed between 9 and 11, depending on how tired, and can sleep till 9, 10 at the latest. I love catching up on sleep!

I get up at 5 a.m. on working days, so I'm usually in bed by 10 p.m.. On weekends and holidays (tomorrow is a holiday here), I stay up much later, and sleep till 8 or 9 a.m., possibly even 10 a.m..
