Decided to start this thread since I'm home on vacation and am actually cooking

I'm making beef, black beans and rice burritos
browned up the beef with cayene & chili powder, simmering it with the beans and then I'm making rice and I'm going to add Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) to it. Cheese and sour cream too, of course! I'm spicy!!!

I hope it's good, I've never made this before and I'm kinda making it up as I go along

Bratwurst and potatoes. May break out the chocolate cream pie for dessert.

come on over, Lee! I made enough for 6 people it seems

That's the only problem I have with cooking, I grew up cooking for a family of 4 big eaters with planned left overs and I can't seem to break the habit

I boiled five boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a lovely concoction of spices and herbs then mashed them up into a very yummy chicken salad, so we'll be having sandwiches tonight

Is it homemade chocolate pie Jan?

My mom used to make the most delicious homemade chocolate pie - I'd call her up during the day and by the time I got home there would be one ready for me.

I actually skipped lunch today due to errands needing to be done. But, I'll be having leftover pot roast with potatoes, carrots and broccoli for dinner tonight so I have something to look forward to. Pot roast is awesome.

Freezer pizza.
It's getting boring after eating this literally for 6 meals in a row!

They keep pulling that from the menu here in Texas! It'll come back in a year or so....
