The Prices are what I expected. They have all the Shots and everything before you get them. I didnt get to go to the Cat Show last weeknd. I will try to go to the Stockton Cat Show or Lodi Cat Show.

Great - makes it nice when all expenses are included at the beginning
Are they expecting some litters soon for you to choose?

I forgot to ask them. I will write them back and ask them. I do have to make sure we have a house before I get another Cat. I am in a Apartment right now and we had to make a deal to have all my Cats when we moved here.

Just tell the breeders that you're contacting that you are in the process of looking for a house and moving, and that you want a kitten AFTER you are settled in. It pays to be upfront about your circumstances, and if you are not ready in time for the next litter but have maintained an interest and contact with the breeder they will keep you on their list for the next breeding.

I'm really hoping it all works out for you, having followed your threads about wanting a new kitten and asking about different breeds and finding breeders I feel nearly as excited as I would be if I were looking for one myself
please keep us updated!!!

I can not wait to get the Kitten or Cat. I did tell the Breeders I wrote that I do plan on getting a House first. I will keep you updated and will get lots of Pics when I get the Cat or Kitten.

Are you going to be able to go? That's a great time to get to see the breeder's cat(s). Not to mention lots of fun to see all of the kitties!

What if the breeder brings her kittens for sale to the show and you fall in love with one of them!!

Thats what would happen to me.. I would be bringing it home that day, minus a big chunk out of my bank account

If the breeder brings them to a show - they have to be 4 months old - no younger. And if she does fall in love with one, then she can put a deposit on him/her and take it later

I just got a email from the Breeder. I am on the waiting list and they will tell me when I knew litter is born. They breed 3-4 times a year. The reason I hate going to Cat Shows is because I do fall in love with the Cats there. I can not bring one home from the Cat Show because I can not have another Cat here. Our Mgr is very strict. I can not wait to get the Kitten though. The Cat Show is March 29th.
