For the past 7 years, I hve been trying to get the Team Lead position at my job. And for 7 years, I keep getting passed over. I sometimes think it is my age since I am older than the people that keep getting the job.
The last couple of times, I haven't even gotten an interview! I am well qualified for the job too.
Well, 2 team leads just quit, one to take a new job, the other to go back to school to get her teaching certificate. I have applied yet again.
Well, today, I got an email from my supervisor that had a prescreening questionaire. I have done this once before when I actually got an interview.
