Whats for Dinner tonight?

Tonight DH and I are having some friends over and serving Irish cream shooters Shamrock shaped sandwhichs with green dyed chicken salad homemade tortia chips and homemade salsa and of course some guiness They boys will probably play the X-Box probably rockband and halo The women will sit upstairs and chat...I will continue to spoil my beautiful Godson Here is his most recent picture he is 9 months old now!

We are having Corn Beef and Cabbage with Onions and Pots. We are also having Soda Bread,Irish Cheese and Baileys Irish Cream. We also got Candy.

Wow what a cutie your godson is!! I have no plans for dinner - given that I have absolutely nothing to do with St. Patricks day at all - I suspect it'll be more or less the norm... cook some meat and veg... but it's snowing as well, so I think I'll make a hotpot

We had hamburger helper again for dinner tonight.

I'm having a 1/3 lb bacon thick burger from Hardees. Healthy huh? It was free so that makes me happy!

I went out with my family for corned beef and cabbage- quite tasty!

Mac & Cheese made from lactiad milk I haven't cooked like i normally do in about two weeks- things have just been too insane around here!
