So what's everyone having for dinner tonight..

I got home from work early enough to actually make a nice Sunday Dinner for a change.

I decided on pork roast with a Passion Fruit Glaze, Roasted Potato's and Green Beans.
For dessert sliced peaches with a little cream...

I had a huge brunch at Mimi's Cafe...large blueberry muffin, OJ, ham and cheddar omelet and home fries plus coffee.

So tonight it is salad.

I'm trying to talk my SO into making fried chicken. He's so good at it but makes a huge mess in the process.

Ah! A Sunday dinner/pork roast copy cat!

Me, too. Using an orange-cherry-ginger glaze. Marinated first. Mashed potatoes, salad, brownies and fruit.

Dinners not till later ((Probably after the Movies if we decide to go)), but were having Alfredo Spaghetti with Shrimp!
No dessert though
unless I can talk my mom into buying Munchies when she goes to pick up Sigs.

I am trying to stay off my feet so when Hubby asked if we could have Thai peanut noodles (from the box) for dinner, I said sure. He just sat there for about a half hour so I told him that if he wanted Thai noodles, he could read the directions on the box and that, despite his best efforts, they would probably turn out just fine.

There's no place like home
We've got some ribs on the smoker right now and just started making the potato salad. Probably a salad to go with it. At least part of the meal will be healthy!

We had spaghetti with tomato/sausage sauce.

Dottie even ate it!

I made pork chops stuffed with onions and horseradish cheese topped with rosemary, s&p and home made plum sauce! (it sounds a little strange but it was really good!) plus salad and bread!
Orange-cherry-ginger glaze, wow that sounds good!!

Bumped into Campari tomatoes on the vine the other day, at a disgustingly good price, so we're eating lots of tomatoes. Tonight they'll be in a fresh tomato and basil sauce on some kind of pasta. No fuss, and I'm salivating...
I also have a couple of nice mangos, so will probably cut one up and let it get drunk and then serve it on ice cream for dessert...further

I jumped the gun with St. Patrick's Day and cooked Corned Beef, Mashed Potatoes, and 2 kind of Soda Bread: Store bought and diabetic friendly homemade.

I finished an hour ago and I'm still just laying here in bliss

I had an orange and am sipping a cup of hot tea with honey and lemon. That's about all I feel like right now. I have the worse cold and cough and I don't really feel much like cooking or eating. If I feel like something later, I'll pop some popcorn and have a glass of orange juice.

I'm really tired from being out at a pet expo all weekend, so I haven't had dinner yet (too tired to make it!) I'm probably going to have angel hair pasta with zucchini in lemon-garlic-butter sauce. I'm just too tired to cut up the zucchini and everything right now!
