The rescue centre must be desperate!

The rescue centre I do voluntary work gor must be desperate for volunteers!

They are advertising in their newsletter, in the homing centre and on their website!

You are such a good person to be doing this volunteer work! I am retired and do have the time to devote to our local shelter here in Plano, TX as soon as I get over this latest surgery. Keep up the great work!

The reason I volunteer is because I love cats, live in an area where there's easy access to a rescue centre and I have got the time to help there!

I'm not trying to make anyone feel guilty by the way.

What a great job you are doing! You didn't make me feel guilty but it gave me ideas as to what I could do at our shelter.

you are doing a truly great thing...
now that i've moved and a little closer to one center..I may start volunteering pretty soon..

To be honest, the more people volunteer the better.

Still not trying to guilt trip people into volunteering.

I know the feeling, I have just put out a couple of pleas for volunteers, we are desperate for fundraisers - teh only two of us that turned up last week were the two with all the cats, so it made it even longer cos we had those to sort out when we got back.

I think most shelters put out calls for volunteers regardless of how many they have, it is always best to have more than not enough.

We are looking to do a big volunteer fair soon too.
