Neesey, We want everyone to see this, and by posting anything, even the word, "Bump," we keep it near the top of the page where everyone will get a chance to read it.

I think that stickies are looked at less than regular posts that keep showing up at the top of the threads... so everyone just bumps up posts they want everyone to see.

Yes, stickies start looking like the wallpaper. After a while, we don't really see them.
