Local news from the radio, National news from TV.

I listen to the radio when I'm getting ready for work, so I hear a smidge of the local news. I get fun "Holly-wierd" news from DListed.com (NSFW!) and sometimes check into my excite.com page for news. Mostly I avoid the news like the plague, since it's usually very depressing. When I visit my parents, I'll read the local newspaper, meh, it's not very informative. I go to the local newspaper's website for obituaries and sometimes look at the headlines.

I get mine from the internet, friends and the headline news channel on tv at work

From the daily/Sunday newspaper, the Internet (RSS feeds, PDA Web sites, and email newsletters), and television news (usually several broadcasts in the evening), in that order.
The glow is great, but I had to switch to IE to see it.
