That would be our cats, too. Last place would be the couch or chairs!

If there's a sunny spot, that would the first place for Sterling, but the last place for Punkin. The difference between short fur and long fur!

They'd be fighting over the paper.... if the paper was gone then Wickett would probably pick the foor (He's currenlty parked on the kitchen floor) and Frankie would be on the back of the couch... like she is now. See (pardon the morning hair) I'm on the couch checking out TCS and she's on the back stretching.

So weird that the majority of our cats would lie on the paper

Trouts second spot would be the floor most likely

Hennessy would be half under and half not under the couch... on his back, preferably. The paper would have mysteriously vanished, never to be seen again. Anything on the table would now be on the floor and possibly under the couch or chairs and each chair would have a mouse stuffed in it somewhere.

For my cats the first spot would be on the typing paper. Take the paper out, it would be the easy chairs. Take the chairs out then the third spot would be the coffee table. Forth would be couch then last the carpet. At least my my cats that is.

Shark curls up on the sofa all the time, in the same spot amongst the cushions.

Brandy will curl up in one of the armchairs.

Arwen stretches across the back of the sofa.

Under the cats, mostly.
On the paper. At least Tosca actively looks for the ONLY sheets of paper around....

Bootie will ignore the lot and flop on the floor like a bit furry puddle.

My boys wouldn't stay in the room. They would follow me because whatever I was doing has to be more fun!

My older kitty Sneakers will sleep on weird things like papers stacked precariously on a table, on top of suitcases, on top of laptop cases on the kitchen floor, etc... However in the living room she would probably sit on the paper for a little while and then jump up to the back of the couch and sleep there. She likes that spot.
The kittens would be either on the table or under the couch, playing.
