We have a cat that spends most of her time outdoors. In the past few months, every single time I visit her, she'll slap me (full claw) in the legs, try to climb up my back or wail when I need to go. At first, gently pushing her down with my hands or blocking her with my knees worked. Now when I do that she'll latch on. And right now she's pregnant so the last thing I want to do is hurt her.
She's healthy, active and a very friendly cat. She hasn't lost any other companion that'd make her needy, she has other cats to keep her company. I don't know how to get her to stop from grabbing on when I need to leave or walk away for a moment. She's actually leaving cuts and punctures all over my legs now. Any advice would be helpful.
