I first posted her 3 weeks ago about Bella. When I took her to the vet 3 weeks ago yesterday the vet said about 4 weeks. She said it could be a littler sooner or a little later. When we did the ultrasound we could see the heartbeats but not their skeletal bones... she also said there was at least 3. Well the last 2 days Bella is spending alot of time in the birth box that I made her. When she does come out she follows me everywhere and is shoving her face into mine...purring very loudly. I can feel the babies moving a little bit when I hold her...but I visually cannot see them moving...but then again when she goes into her box to sleep I try not to disturb her. I want her to feel like this is a safe, private and quiet place. Now explaining that to my spirited 2 year old is a different story.
I am getting so anxious and nervous. I have never had a pregnant cat before. It looks as though her nipples are getting fuller. She is now pretty much restricted to 3 rooms in our basement...upstairs is off limits. All doors to other rooms and closets are shut and off limits to her also now. Do you think we are getting close?

I hope Bella is close! Good for Bella! It must have been fun to see an ultrasound! I didn't have $$ for that. I almost took mine to the vet yesterday, but canceled it because her behavior made me think that delivery was close and I didn't want to stress her. Sure, enough she delivered the next day.
Sounds like you are doing the right thing! Good luck with the babes.
BTW, Rags was very affectionate just the day before delivery. She lost her appetite the night before. She had been nesting for a couple of days prior to delivery. It looks like every cat is different, but it sounds like yours might be close.
