Butzie does the cat supervision thing when I go to the bathroom. This morning, she bunts me, lies down next to me and demands to be petted.

Aww bless! Arwen supervises me whenever I do most things now, the main one is making sure I'm ok when I have finished in the shower!
My mum's cat does that, she will supervise her in the bath, then proceed to try and lick dry her hair for her after she has washed it! She did get a bit enthusiastic once though, and fell in the bath! She will also ONLY go to sleep in the crook of my mum's arm, and will pat her face until my mum creates the appropriate position. She does rule the house though, will pounce on my mum and claw and bite for attention as well as claw the furniture and will go around the armchair and claw every corner with my mum futilely following her around it trying to shoo her away. She is a little horror!
