Vodafone mobile problems

I'm trying to get my top up card registered to my mobile number so I can use it to top my phone up when I need it.

At the moment, I got 3 top up cards, two of them it doesn't recognise the 12 digit number for (the other one I've not tried yet)

Any advice before my phone finds itself hitting the wall hard?

I've tried several times for both cards but it doesn't want to know with either of them!

Ring Vodafone direct from your mobile because it's usually free even with pay as you go.

I`m with Vodafone but I always but the e-top ups. It`s so much easier and I very rarely have trouble topping up.

I've had to resort to topping up off my bank card which is a right pain! Being as I can never remember what my mobile number is!
