So at my work, it's really nice that they often do cool stuff like give us food, etc...

Tomorrow they are giving us breakfast burritos. Aargh. Those things have millions of calories...there are several of us doing Weight Watchers that don't need to be derailed...what would be a good alternative? I was thinking of buying some fresh fruit or something for those of us who can't eat burritos...Egg McMuffins? Something?

Are whole grain/bran muffins ok? That would be something nice to go with fruit.

Those are good ideas! Fat free cream cheese has very few "points" for those of us Weight Watchers...

I've lost almost 18 pounds. I don't want one stupid moment of weakness to undo all that, LOL!

Since you've been eating lighter the breakfast burritos would probably sit wrong on your stomach anyways - tell yourself that and it helps keep you from giving in.

Though it smells so good... I haven't had fried chicken in over 7 years. I know too well I'll suffer from it. Eggs are another thing off my list of "can't eat" foods. And I'm not even on any special diet.
That said, fruit is full of sugar - some fat will help slow down your body from taking too much of that in, so you need something to balance that out a little. Make sure no one is diabetic, too.

That's a really good point about the not sitting well on my stomach. There are only about 3 of us who have the WW problem, so I don't have to worry about too many people. But I noticed today I had a major protein craving. I was hungry ALL DAY today until I had some turkey at dinner.

I'm not terribly familiar with the WW diet... but what is wrong with poultry?
I would think meats like turkey would be fairly lean meat, as long as you're not munching down on the skin.
Or at least it's not that high in fat since my gallbladder doesn't go nuts over it - I only eat the breast meat through.

Just split a breakfast burrito with your fellow WW coworkers and supplement it with some fruit!!

I agree, I would cut the burrito up and share one with the coworkers on WW, along with some fresh fruit. I've lost 30 pounds and I never cut ANYTHING out of my diet completely, I just watch my calorie and fat intake and use smaller portions if something is high in calories, fat, etc.
