How do you view them when other members post images as "attached images"????

As long as you have "view images" enabled in your options, you should see them without doing anything special, as far as I know.
If you want to veiw pictures that members have uploaded via attachments. It should be a hyper link. And you should be able to click on the link to take you to the pictures. I hope this helped. Shelly.
