Hey guys...I hate to ask but I really need some vibes. Today I have cried all day(well since I got up at 4pmEST) I just cant stop its like the tears keep coming..I dont know whats wrong with me Im just really really down I have to work tonight and I cant call in) I work for a place that doesnt tolerate call-ins for any reason other then a death in the immediate family or if Im in the hospital. I need some lift me up/cheer me up vibes. Thanks everyone

Oh, Brandi, I am so sorry to hear you are feeling so down!! Try to think of all the things in life you are grateful for. It might be hard to do so when you are feeling down but you can do it! Like someone else said, watch some silly videos or something. Or you know what, put on some music and dance!! I'm serious!! I bet that will help! I have days when I get down like that as well, but you must try to stay positive!! It may be hard, but you need to try! Hang in there!
