I was wondering what vitamins everyone here takes daily?

I take pre-natal vitamins every day as well as Echinacea(an immune system booster)

I take my pre-natals because the doctor recommend taking them while we are trying to conceive and the Echinacea because I have a low immune system.

What do you take?

Just prenatals. It's actually recommended you start taking prenatals a year before you start trying to conceive.

Whatever vitamins I take, I take store-brand versions. I used to work at a health-food distributor, and I discovered name-brand vitamins have the highest markup of any item in the store.

I take a One-A-Day multivitamin, and VitaminD (1000 iu) every day. I also take 2 iron pills for about 1 week every month. And I've been feeling run down so I am going to start taking Zinc and some Royal Jelly.

None currently. I've tried taking multivitamins, that doesn't go to well. After trying a couple other times to take vitamin C I'm pretty sure that might be the offending vitamin. I have an overly sensitive stomach to some things though- cannot stomach citrus at all, not that I should even try. Does anyone have brand/type suggestions for sensitive stomachs?

I was taking vitamin D and calcium... need to buy more. I've been trying to find magnesium malate, but I suppose I'll have to order that online. (anyone suggest a good online site for vitamins?)
Next blood test will likely result in a potassium supplement, again.

I do take thermotabs - a buffered salt tablet with a small amount of potassium in it.

I take a women's multivitamin, and sometimes I take a calcium/magnesium/zinc tablet.
