I am so not good at paintings! Looks like there is a little Impressionism in it, but not Degas, Monet or Van Gogh. Renoir?

I'd have guessed renoir too looking at the shape of the girl's eyes - plus I believe that is his signature up in the top right hand corner

I didn't even notice a signature.

I can't quite tell if that's paper of fabric, but I'm guessing it's fabric - in which case I'll take a shot at quilting
