Sounds like a very handy book Sherral....though never had cheeseburger pasta before. My kids would love it thats for sure.

Sherral, my grandmother, "Queen of odd presents", gave me the set of Campbells books for Christmas. Unlike many of her other presents, I actually use them, and I was going to look for that chicken n' rice recipe!

Here's a really fast and yummy recipe for Taco Stew.

1 pound ground turkey (or beef)
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cans black beans, undrained
2 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
2 large cans corn, undrained

Brown the turkey, drain. Add everything else, stir, bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes.

I like to make cornbread to go with it. Hubby likes a little shredded Cheddar on top.

This recipe makes enough for four meals for the two of us!

Movin' on up!
Bill loves my cheeseburger pasta. He'd never had it, until I came along. I put shredded cheddar on top and brown it in the oven.
