What do you call those plugs you use to plug your car cell phone charger into and plug into the regular outlet in your house?

A cell phone plug adapter???
i just bought the reverse - plugs into the cigarette lighter to provide a plug for laptops, etc. it was called a power inverter.
Just go to Best Buy and ask for one of those "Cell Phone Charger Thingies". They're sure to know what you are talking about
When in doubt, just add "Thingy" to the end and it all becomes crystal clear
