Looking for Ocicat Breeder in the UK

A good friend of mine is getting married and will be moving in to her own apartment. She'd love a pedigreed cat and after much deliberation has settled on the Ocicat. So, I would like to get her one as a wedding gift. Can any of you reccomend a good Ocicat breeder in the UK? I know many of you have names for breeders here, but it is very difficult find people willing to deal with the pet importation laws. My friend lives in Scotland, near St. Andrews. Well do a website look - I don't know any personally, but I go by what they are presenting. You'll have to check them out in person.
