I signed up for 8 weeks of a swim clinic on Mon. and Wed. We swim:
M - free
W - free, back
M - back breast
W - breast fly
Then we repeat it.
Problem is, we are doing drills which are difficult. 2000 yds of them. Mons my aquafit class is right after the clinic. I figured I was in the water already so why not stay? Slept for 2 hours that afternoon. Weds my hip hop class is afterwards and I am NOT going to miss that. Figure it'll be a 4-hour nap day.

The biggest problem is that all this cuts into my time on TCS!

tiring but good exercise definately.
