I recently posted that it's seems like Popsie is doing some excessive grooming. I was just scanning the old expert forums and read a post with the same issue. The expert said in older cats it can be a sign of cognitive failure. Also, Popsie walks around in other areas of the house meowing a lot. He's been doing that for a few years. I've always just thought it was because he's goofy. Should I be concerning myself with the possible beginning of cognitive failure.

He'll be 17 in July. Unfortunately I haven't gotten him in for a senior panel yet.
I need to soon.
